“Dear Cris and family,
I was so sorry to hear of you mom's passing. Both your mom and your dad were such very good friends of my parents. I think they were the only people they knew when we moved to Nevada. I remember coming to your house to visit and we almost always had homemade cookies to eat. My deepest sympathy to you and your family.

I was so sad to learn of your mom's death, Cris. Your mom will hold a place in my heart forever. She and your dad were like second parents during "our" coming of age years. Know your grief is shared by those of us who loved her.

“Cristy and family,

I'm so very sorry and sad to read of Jane's passing. She was always so GOOD to me when I was growing up. I will remember her as a wonderful baker, homemaker and seamstress. Was there anything she couldn't do? And that laugh of hers! Oh, when she got REALLY tickled about something, that laugh was the BEST! It was more of a cackle, really! I'm smiling just thinking about it.

I take comfort in knowing Jane is now reunited with Connie Jo, Cliff, Larry and other loved ones.

Cristy, I'm sorry I can't be there for her visitation and funeral, but I'm sending hugs and prayers your way. You had an awesome mom. She loved all of you unconditionally.

With my love and deepest sympathy,

Marcia Moore”

“Your family has my deepest sympathy. I am so sorry for your loss. Ms. Jane was loved and she will be dearly missed. Though now you are grieving, please remember that you are not alone. Psalm 46:1 says, "God is our refuge and strength, a help that is readily found in times of distress." Pray to Him for strength. He will really help you (Isaiah 41:10) because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).”
