“Debbie was my cousin on my dad's side. I remember some of the times when all the cousins were together in Sioux City. My sister, Jackee, was very close to Debbie and the family. My sister and older brother, Clayton kept in touch regularly with her. I know the world was a better place with Debbie in it and condolences to her kids and her friends and other family members.”
